    A coffee to leave you speechless. Except for one word.

    This single origin coffee of superior quality casts an enchanting spell, thanks to its hallmark intensely fruity note and the immense talent behind its creation.

    The process it undergoes immediately after harvesting, on the finca where it is sourced in Colombia, involves a double anaerobic fermentation. The first fermentation, with the cherry skins and flesh still intact, lasts for 28 hours; with a second stage lasting 40 hours. In this way, an extraordinary red plum aroma is achieved, which is then further enhanced in the subsequent roasting stage.
