    How can I visit Factory 1895?

    To visit Factory 1895, you need to purchase a ticket through the dedicated portal. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue itself. To book your experiential journey inside Factory 1895, click on “Info and Bookings”. For group visits, write directly to info@1895bylavazza.com.

    Where is Factory 1895? How can I get there?

    Factory 1895 is located at Via S. Daniele 16, Settimo Torinese. The venue can be reached by car, with a car park available for visitors.

    What are the visiting hours?

    As we want our visitors to enjoy the best possible experience, Factory 1895 is open only on days when roasting takes place. Click on “Info and Bookings” to find out when the next available date will be.

    How long does a visit last?

    The entire visit lasts around 1.5 hours.

    What will I see in Factory 1895?

    You will journey into very heart of the 1895 experience. You will discover the origins of the 1895 creations, hear the stories of our Coffeliers, learn the secrets of the 1895 aroma wheel and have the chance to visit the innovative roasting lab. Finally, you will be able to taste our specialty coffees in the spectacular Coffee Cave.

    Can I take photos or videos during my visit?

    It is not possible to take photographs or videos in the production and roasting area, in accordance with privacy laws. However, photographs may be taken in all other areas.

    What is the difference between the Club and Premium subscriptions?

    With the Premium Subscription, you can alter the products included in your order using the settings in your Personal Area. With a Club 1895 Subscription, on the other hand, products are chosen directly by our Coffeliers, in order to offer you the ideal selection based on the season and the latest innovations in the 1895 world.

    How often will I receive my subscription?

    Orders will be delivered to your home every 4 weeks.

    Can I change the quantities?

    You can change the quantity of coffee you receive at any time, by choosing between the 250g, 500g and 1kg options in the Personal Area.

    Can I change the assortment of products that I receive?

    Yes, you can. For more details, we recommend that you contact the Customer Service Centre.

    Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?

    Orders will be delivered to your home every 4 weeks.

    How does the Coffelier service work?

    An 1895 subscription entitles you to a 15-minute conversation with a Coffelier every month: he or she will be your guide to the creations included in your subscription and will be able to satisfy any questions you may have about the world of specialty coffee.

    How can I view and change the details of my subscription?

    Your Personal Area provides you with an overview: there, you will find all the information and tools you need to manage your subscription.

    Is it mandatory to purchase the Esprò 1895 package?

    No, this purchase is not obligatory. However, the Esprò 1895 package is the ideal solution for setting up a truly professional coffee bar area at home, with all the convenience of paying in instalments through the subscription plan.
